NeedLater (“we”, “us”) builds an iOS app that helps you save and organize important records. This policy explains how the app handles your information.

What NeedLater is

NeedLater allows users to save selected photos, screenshots, and documents from their photo library into a dedicated record system in the app.

Photo Library Access

NeedLater uses photo library access only when you choose records to save. We do not browse, scan, or upload your photo library in the background.

Text Extraction (OCR)

NeedLater performs text extraction (OCR) on records you save so they become searchable inside the app.

Where Your Records Live

NeedLater is designed to keep your saved records on your device. Subscription management is handled through RevenueCat and Apple.

Subscriptions

NeedLater uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. Subscription receipts are processed through Apple and RevenueCat as part of delivering Pro features.

What We Don’t Do

• We do not sell user data.
• We do not show ads.
• We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information on our own servers.

Sensitive Records

You may choose to save sensitive records — such as IDs or medical documents — inside NeedLater. Those are user-selected records that you store in the app. Treat them with the same care you would treat any sensitive content on your device.

Children

NeedLater is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
