NeedLater is a personal record organization tool for iPhone. It helps you save and find receipts, documents, IDs, confirmations, and other records.

Your Records

You are responsible for the records you save in NeedLater, including their contents and any sensitive information they contain.

No Professional Advice

NeedLater does not provide legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. The app is an organization tool only.

Subscriptions

NeedLater Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings on your iPhone.

OCR Accuracy

NeedLater uses text extraction (OCR) to make records searchable. There is no guarantee that OCR text extraction is perfect or complete.

As-Is

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
